We are the ORIGINAL EVERETT BAIL BONDS COMPANY. We have been in business for over 40 years, and we are second generation family operated. We are also the only company in Snohomish or King County that is not mandated by the State Insurance Commissioner. That means, we are not forced to charge higher fees. We charge 6 to 8% on larger bonds, as well as typically having the lowest rates overall. We do not charge hidden trip or missed court fees.

Our customers are our first priority. We strive to be courteous, considerate, compassionate and caring. We provide prompt, specialized service. We are conveniently location close to the jail, but primarily meet our clients at the jail. We travel to the Marysville and Lynnwood Jails as well, for no additional charges.

Suzette Frinchaboy Faille

Suzette is a second generation Bail Agent, having taken over the business from her father Pierre "Frenchy" Frinchaboy 22 years ago in 1987. She brings to her business a passionate commitment to maintaining the integrity and compassion her father thought critical to the business of bail.

In her own words, "I feel that the most important aspect of my profession is to provide compassionate and courteous service to my clients no matter their circumstances. This we do, maintaining our low rates and fast service. I also work with my clients to get their court dates, as well as reschedule any missed appearances".
